Independent. Small Heath. Since 2018.

Saad Body Works has run out of Unit 2 on Camelot Industrial Estate since 2018. We're an independent garage and body shop on the corner of Small Heath - five minutes from Coventry Road, ten minutes from the Bordesley Green roundabout, and a stone's throw from the B10 0NN postcode that everyone round here knows.

01 / Why we started

Two trades, one workshop.

Most garages in B10 are one thing or another. Mechanical and MOT, or body work and paint - rarely both. We started the shop to do both, properly, under one roof. If your car needs a service, a panel repair and an MOT, that's one conversation with one person and one bill - not three.

02 / The team

The faces on the floor.

On the workshop floor: a small team led by Haiman Abdullah, who manages the day-to-day and handles a lot of the customer conversations. Long-standing customers will know him by name. Behind the scenes: the team that's kept the lights on, the bay clean and the books straight for seven years.

Quote first. Then the spanner.

We work the way local trades have always worked round here. Quote the job before the spanner moves. Show you the worn part before fitting the new one. Keep the workshop tidy, the MOT bay calm, and the same prices for the same job whether you're a regular or it's your first time in. If something can be repaired instead of replaced, we'll say so. If it's not safe to drive, we'll say that too.

Quote before the work

You see the number before we lift a tool.

Show the worn part

Pads, discs, bushes - we show you what came off.

Repair before replace

If it can be fixed, we fix it. If not, we say so.

Same price, same job

Regular or first-timer, the rate is the rate.

03 / The neighbourhood

B10, B11, B12 - this is our patch.

مرحباً بكل العملاء من سمول هيث، سباركبروك، بوردزلي جرين والمناطق المجاورة

Small Heath has been our patch since day one. We work with drivers from across B10, B11 and B12 - Sparkbrook, Sparkhill, Bordesley Green, Tyseley, Yardley. The shop name appears in English and Arabic because that's how Camelot Way and Coventry Road look on a normal Tuesday morning, and we want everyone who walks in to feel at home.
