MOT Testing

DVSA-approved site for Class 4 and 4a vehicles.

We're an authorised MOT testing centre under DVSA Site Number S000270. That means cars, vans and dual-purpose vehicles up to 3,000 kg, plus Class 4a passenger vehicles with up to 12 seats. Tests run all day every weekday and Saturday - book ahead or drop in if a slot is free. If your car fails, we'll talk you through exactly what needs doing and what doesn't.

Body Work & Paint

Panel beating, dent removal and colour-matched refinishing.

Most of what comes in through the body shop is car-park dents, kerbed bumpers, lane-change scrapes and post-MOT corrosion repair. We do panel beating, full or part respray, and small SMART repairs where the damage doesn't warrant a full panel. Paint is colour-matched against your manufacturer code or a sample we take from a sound panel.

Servicing

Interim, full and major service for all makes and models.

Three service tiers depending on mileage and how long since the last one. We use OEM-quality parts, log the service in your book, and reset the dash service indicator. No "phantom" extras - if we find something that needs doing, you'll see the part and hear the reason before we touch the spanner.

What's included

  • Interim service (every 6 months or 6,000 miles)
  • Full service (annual or 12,000 miles)
  • Major service (every 2 years or 24,000 miles)
  • Oil and oil filter change
  • Brake fluid check and top-up
  • Air, pollen and fuel filter replacement where due

Brakes

Pads, discs, calipers - fitted same day where parts are in stock.

Brakes are the one job we won't let you drive away unhappy with. We'll show you the worn pads or scored discs before fitting the new ones. Most cars use stock pad sets we have in same-day; performance and rare-fitment cars we'll source overnight.

Steering & Suspension

Bearings, bushes, shocks, springs and steering rack work.

Knocking over bumps, vague steering, uneven tyre wear - all point to suspension or steering. We diagnose on the ramps, show you what we find, and only replace what's actually worn.

Diagnostics

OBD scanning and fault tracing across all marques.

Engine management light on? ABS, airbag, EPC or oil-pressure warning? We plug in, read the codes, then verify on the road or under the bonnet before quoting a fix. Sometimes a warning light is a sensor fault, sometimes it's a real problem - we'll tell you which.
